‘Fredo is gone!’ Donald Trump Reacts to the ‘Great News’ That Chris Cuomo Is *Out* of CNN

Chris Cuomo is a preferred choice of Donald Trump. On a nightly basis, the CNN host treated the former president with utter contempt, bringing in discredited commenters such as ‘criminal’ lawyer Michael Avenatti, Never Trumpers such as Michael Cohen, porn stars such as Stormy Daniels, and, worst of all, his own brother, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

It was his relationship with his scandal-plagued brother that got him into difficulties with CNN. Cuomo has been “indefinitely suspended” by the cable news network with the least trustworthy. Tuesday night, Donald Trump reacted to the news:

“Great news for television viewers, they have just suspended Chris Cuomo indefinitely!” Trump said in a statement. “The big question is, was it because of his horrendous ratings, which in all fairness have permeated CNN and MSDNC, or was it because his brother is no longer Governor?”

“Probably both,” he said. “In any event, Fredo is gone!”

The special deputy appointed by the New York AG’s office asked Chris Cuomo if he had discussed the #MeToo movement with his brother in the 348-page transcript of Chris Cuomo’s July 15 interview with investigators.

When asked for specifics, he admitted that he spoke “generally” with his brother about the topic, but added “former President Trump” when forced.

When asked what exactly was discussed about “Me Too” and Trump, Chris Cuomo replied: “The nature of what was resonating and what wasn’t and why and what that meant about what was happening in society and the media.”

Chris Cuomo is no longer “resonating” with his employer or the American people. That is one strong reason why Chris Cuomo’s “indefinite suspension” means he will no longer be a CNN primetime host.
