“Greece is Lucky to Have Her”: Trump Jr and Guilfoyle’s Split Puts $15 Million Mansion in Question
Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle’s lavish $15 million waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida, could become a contentious point following their recent breakup. The former couple, who purchased the property in 2021, now face uncertainty over the luxurious Admiral’s Cove estate, just a 30-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago.
The pair purchased the six-bedroom, 11-bath mansion as tenants-in-common, meaning each owns a specific percentage of the property. This arrangement allows either party to sell, transfer, or mortgage their share without the other’s consent—raising the potential for a messy standoff.
“I doubt Kimberly relishes the idea of Don Jr. moving his new flame into the home that she worked so hard on,” a confidante told Daily Mail. “And to be honest, I am not sure that Bettina [Anderson] would want to move into the home that Don lived in with Kimberly.”
Currently, Guilfoyle is believed to still be residing in the home, but with her impending role as the U.S. ambassador to Greece, she will soon need to relocate to Athens full-time. Meanwhile, Trump Jr. has reportedly been spending his nights at his new girlfriend Bettina Anderson’s modest three-bedroom West Palm Beach home, purchased for $428,000 in 2014.
The Admiral’s Cove property, which Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle bought for $9.7 million shortly after Donald Trump Sr. left the White House, has since surged in value to over $15 million, according to real estate estimates. At the time, the couple’s move into the exclusive 188-home gated community sparked concerns among some neighbors over potential security complications.
Despite the breakup, Trump Jr. expressed admiration for Guilfoyle and her new diplomatic role, dispelling any notion of lingering animosity. Speaking to Page Six on December 13, he said, “Kimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always keep a special bond.”
Praising Guilfoyle, Trump Jr. added, “I could not be more proud of her and the important role she’ll continue to play in my father’s administration,” referring to her appointment as U.S. ambassador to Greece.
Defending Guilfoyle against negative media coverage, he stated, “Anyone taking baseless and petty fake news cheap shots at her in the tabloids is just embarrassing themselves.” He concluded by calling her “a leader of the MAGA movement” and adding, “Greece is lucky to have her.”
For now, the future of the high-value mansion remains uncertain, as the former couple navigates their split amidst high-profile careers and new relationships.
