Donald Trump recently offered a rare glimpse into the life of his youngest son, Barron Trump, during an appearance on the PBD Podcast with Patrick Bet-David. Now a college freshman at New York University’s Stern Business School, 18-year-old Barron has largely stayed out of the public eye compared to his older siblings.

However, the president-elect shared a few personal anecdotes, touching on Barron’s studies, personality, and even his love life—or lack thereof. “He’s very smart. He’s a good student and all that. He goes to a great school and does really well,” Trump said. “And he’s a very nice guy. You see that… I’m not sure he’s—I don’t think he’s had a girlfriend yet. I don’t think so.”

As per The Daily Beast, While Trump suggested Barron might be more focused on academics than romance, a TikTok user named Maddie once claimed otherwise. Sharing photos of herself with Barron, Maddie described him as her “first boyfriend” and “the nicest,” sparking speculation that Trump might not be entirely in the loop about his son’s dating history.

According to Melania Trump, Barron is thriving at NYU, where he “loves his classes and professors” and is enjoying life in New York City. Despite his towering 6’8” frame and his mother’s nickname for him, “Little Donald,” Barron has largely maintained a low profile. Trump noted that the nickname reflects Barron’s personality similarities with him, adding with a laugh, “He’s not so little because he’s a pretty tall guy.”

However, Barron’s influence isn’t limited to academics or family nicknames. Trump revealed that his youngest son has a knack for connecting with younger audiences and keeping him informed about modern influencers. According to The Independent, Barron played a role in organizing a Mar-a-Lago event attended by figures like Justin Waller, a protégé of Andrew Tate.

Earlier this year, Barron reportedly facilitated his father’s interview with influencer Adin Ross, during which Trump received gifts like a Tesla Cybertruck and a golden Rolex. Trump also touched on his own quirks during the podcast, including his habit of pausing speeches to listen to music. “Let me explain…I think I’m the only politician that ever spoke to music before, and I do that sometimes,” he joked, offering a lighter moment in the discussion.

Barron’s journey, from his prestigious education to his unique contributions to Trump’s network, highlights his role as both a supportive son and a strategic bridge to younger generations.
