Most recently, Harry made headlines for resigning from Sentebale, the charity he co-founded and one of his last significant connections to his life in the UK. The resignation, reportedly done in solidarity with board members who clashed with the chairperson, has left him “devastated” and “in shock,” according to a close friend.
But it’s not just the charity that Harry is mourning — it’s also the relationships he’s left behind, particularly with his sister-in-law, Kate Middleton. According to royal expert Helena Chard, the Duke is likely feeling pangs of regret over how things unfolded.
“When it comes to regrets, [Harry and Meghan] would be inhuman if they didn’t feel slight regrets surrounding how they handled departing the U.K. to pastures new,” Chard told Fox News Digital.
She added, “It will be Harry who has pangs of regret as service as part of the British royal family is all that he knew, and he will be missing certain aspects of his past life, namely the military culture and family unity.”

With his royal ties diminished and now the loss of Sentebale, it seems the emotional toll is mounting for Harry.
