Virginia Giuffre, best known for her high-profile legal battle with Prince Andrew, is facing widespread skepticism after sharing graphic images of injuries she claims were sustained in a recent car crash. Despite her dramatic posts suggesting she had “just days to live,” the bus driver involved and critics online have called her claims exaggerated, with one even labeling them “laughable.”
The incident reportedly involved a minor collision with a school bus driven by Ross Munns, who quickly dismissed Giuffre’s version of events. “It wasn’t a major crash,” Munns said, per CNN. “There is nothing [no damage] on my Roo Bar. I still had 29 kids on the bus. I didn’t even take a photo because it wasn’t warranted… You don’t have to do a police report if the damage is under $2,000.”

Giuffre, however, painted a far more severe picture. She posted an alarming image of herself looking bruised and battered and claimed her injuries were life-threatening. Her lawyer backed the seriousness of her condition, even alleging she was suffering from kidney failure and was in a “very bad situation.”
But Munns remained unconvinced and questioned the authenticity of her injuries. “I just laughed… There is no way you could get that injury if you were in that car,” he said, doubting the severity of the crash altogether.

The backlash didn’t end with the bus driver. Lady Victoria Hervey, who briefly dated Prince Andrew in 1999, also responded with biting commentary. Taking to social media, she accused Giuffre of using the incident for sympathy and wrote, “If Virginia Giuffre really does have days to live, then a complete confession is needed.” She went so far as to say, “Karma” had come for her.

Giuffre is widely known for her legal claims against Prince Andrew, which ended in a reported multimillion-pound settlement. She accused the Duke of York of sexually abusing her when she was 17, a claim he vehemently denied.
Now, her recent claims surrounding the car crash appear to have garnered little sympathy, with critics quick to question both her motives and the truthfulness of her statements. Whether her injuries are as severe as claimed remains unclear, but the controversy surrounding her continues to attract headlines — and doubt.
