Former President Trump was all criticism for the Democrats $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill. He called it ridiculous and did not constrain himself to President Joe Biden but went as far as calling Nancy Pelosi a “ Nut Job”.

“What they are going to do by passing this thing that’s going to kill our nation,” Trump mentioned. “All Americans of common sense — Republican, Democrat, and independent — must stand firm and you must really stand strong and firm against Biden, crazy Nancy Pelosi. She’s a nut job. And the extreme power grab.”

We must declare with one united voice that we cannot allow America to ever become a socialist country. That’s what they’re doing. And I really think it’s a step beyond. I think it’s going to be a communist country,” Trump added.

“The Democrat bill, contains billions and billions of dollars for unlawful government training programs inspired by toxic and bigoted, Critical Race Theory. It’s crammed with so-called equity provisions. You know what equity means? It means we will take it away from you and give it to other people,” Trump said.

“This bill is a sinister combination of job-killing tax hikes and woke fascism that will destroy our nation.”

As the presidential election of 2024 approaches, Trump has maintained his presence in the political arena. Trump filed a lawsuit against Facebook on Thursday, requesting that his social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram be reinstated.

According to The Washington Examiner, the case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

“Zuckerberg and Facebook say it’s the 21st-century public town square; if so, they should uphold the First Amendment,” Coale added, referring to statements made by the Fb CEO about his platform in 2019. “You can’t have it both ways. They’re like a public utility when it comes to speech.”

The Examiner reported:

Within the preliminary injunction, Trump’s authorized staff argued that by “cutting him off from the most effective and direct forms of communication with potential voters,” Fb is “threatening irreparable damage to the Republican Party’s prospects in the 2022 and 2024 elections.”

It additionally says that Trump faces irreparable hurt and vital losses because of reducing off from his donors and merchandising platforms in addition to his means to speak his views and endorse native candidates.

In July, Trump filed a lawsuit against all of the major tech companies and their CEOs, after they all blocked him following the January 6 riot.

“We’re demanding an end to the shadow banning, a stop to the silencing, and a stop to the blacklisting, banishing, and canceling that you know so well. Our case will prove this censorship is unlawful, it’s unconstitutional, and it’s completely un-American,” Trump mentioned at the time in the course of the press convention.

“It will be a pivotal battle in the defense of the First Amendment. And in the end, I am confident that we will achieve a historic victory for American freedom, and at the same time freedom of speech.”

“While the social media companies are officially private entities, in recent years they have ceased to be private with the enactment and their historical use of section 230, which profoundly protects them from liability,” Trump added. “Once they got section 230, they’re not private companies anymore in a lot of ways. No other companies in our country, and even in our country’s history, have had protection like this. It’s, in effect, a massive government subsidy. These companies have been co-opted, coerced, and weaponized by government and by government actors to become the [enforcers] of illegal, unconstitutional censorship. And that’s what it is at the highest level, censorship.”
