“They Hate Him, and He Hates Them”: Trump Lashes Out at Biden After NABJ Interview

President Joe Biden recently announced his withdrawal from the presidential race against former President Donald Trump, but this did not prevent Trump from launching a late-night attack on his former opponent and the Democratic Party.

Following a contentious interview at the National Association of Black Journalists event in Chicago, Trump took to Truth Social to express his disdain. “Word is that they refuse to have Sleepy Joe Biden at the Democratic National Convention,” he wrote. “They hate him, and he hates them!”

This post came just minutes after Trump concluded his rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The reaction to Truth Social was swift and critical. User @truthmatters18 replied, “Trump is a rapist, fraudster, traitor, felon, a racist, and a xenophobe, and he reminds us daily that he is profoundly unfit and deeply unwell.” The account continued, “It’s all out there today for everyone to see, and it is just unbelievably ugly.”

Another user, @blue_jeans_forever, bluntly stated, “You really s— the bed today Donnie.”

Echoing these sentiments, @truthisyoursalvation wrote, “More projection. Dems respect PRESIDENT Biden, unlike Republicans who hate you. They’re just afraid to let it show.”

Adding to the criticism, @yugewins jabbed, “You did a terrible job today in your interview. You know it and are in panic mode. We can tell by your ridiculous posts.”

Trump’s online rant highlights the enduring animosity between him and his political adversaries. Despite Biden stepping back from the race, Trump’s attacks continue unabated, reflecting the deep-seated tensions and divisions within the political landscape.

As the Democratic National Convention approaches, the absence of Biden and the ongoing hostilities with Trump are sure to be focal points of discussion. Trump’s remarks and the subsequent backlash on social media underscore the volatile and highly charged nature of contemporary American politics.
