Trump Accuses Kamala Harris of Using “A.I.” to Fabricate Rally Crowds

On Sunday afternoon, former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to accuse Vice President Kamala Harris of manipulating images of her rally crowds, claiming that the photos from a recent airport rally were “A.I.’d.” The accusation comes as Harris continues to gain ground in the polls and draws larger crowds at her events, a development that has clearly caught Trump’s attention.

Trump, who has long been fixated on the size of his own rally crowds, suggested that Harris had falsely inflated the number of attendees at a rally held at Detroit Metro Airport. Despite video evidence showing a substantial crowd, Trump alleged that the images had been digitally altered to exaggerate the turnout. According to Trump, a “maintenance worker at the airport” alerted him to the supposed deception.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, “Has anyone noticed that Kamala CHEATED at the airport? There was nobody on the plane, and she ‘A.I.’d’ it, and showed a massive ‘crowd’ of so-called followers, BUT THEY DIDN’T EXIST! She was turned in by a maintenance worker at the airport when he noticed the fake crowd picture, but there was nobody there, later confirmed by the reflection of the mirror-like finish on the Vice Presidential Plane. She’s a CHEATER. She had NOBODY waiting, and the ‘crowd’ looked like 10,000 people!”

Trump further claimed that the use of such tactics constituted “election interference,” a charge he has frequently leveled against his political opponents. “The same thing is happening with her fake ‘crowds’ at her speeches. This is the way the Democrats win Elections, by CHEATING – And they’re even worse at the Ballot Box. She should be disqualified because the creation of a fake image is ELECTION INTERFERENCE. Anyone who does that will cheat at ANYTHING!” he continued.

In a subsequent post, Trump added, “EVERYTHING ABOUT KAMALA IS FAKE!”

These comments reflect Trump’s ongoing strategy of casting doubt on the legitimacy of his opponents’ support, a tactic he has employed throughout his political career. However, the claims have not been substantiated, and the footage from Harris’s rally at Detroit Metro Airport continues to show a sizable and enthusiastic crowd. The allegations of image manipulation are likely to further fuel the contentious atmosphere as the 2024 election season heats up, with both sides trading accusations in the battle for public opinion.
