Mike Lindell’s MyPillow Inc. has been ordered to pay over $777,000 to DHL following a lawsuit over unpaid shipping and delivery fees. The judgment, issued by a Hennepin County, Minnesota judge, comes as Lindell’s company faces mounting legal troubles.

According to CBS News, DHL initially sued MyPillow in September 2023, claiming the company owed nearly $800,000 for delivery services spanning several years. While the companies reached a settlement in May 2023 requiring monthly payments totaling $775,000, DHL alleged MyPillow paid less than $65,000 before stopping payments entirely.

The court ruled in DHL’s favor, ordering MyPillow to pay $777,729.73, including principal, interest, and attorneys’ fees. The suit highlighted MyPillow’s delinquent payments, with DHL asserting the company ignored repeated inquiries for payment and breached agreements.

Lindell responded to the lawsuit last year, claiming confusion over its basis, stating MyPillow stopped using DHL due to a “dispute over shipments.” This case mirrors similar legal challenges against MyPillow. In August 2023, Extend, Inc., another shipping company, filed a federal lawsuit in California, alleging MyPillow owed over $564,000 for unpaid services under a contract dating back to November 2022.

Despite entering a termination agreement in March 2024, Extend claims MyPillow failed to fulfill its financial obligations. Extend has since sought a default judgment after receiving no response from Lindell’s company.

Adding to Lindell’s legal woes is a $5 million arbitration award to engineer Robert Zeidman. Zeidman disproved Lindell’s claims of election interference data during a 2021 “Prove Mike Wrong” challenge, which offered a monetary prize for proving Lindell’s data invalid. After arbitration ruled in Zeidman’s favor, Lindell filed to vacate the award but lost. A Minnesota federal court upheld Zeidman’s victory in February 2024, and Lindell has since faced court sanctions for discovery failures.

As Lindell battles multiple lawsuits, including the DHL judgment and Zeidman’s case, the financial and legal pressures on his company continue to mount. With attorneys repeatedly withdrawing from representation and courts enforcing penalties, the MyPillow founder faces a steady stream of legal and financial setbacks.
