Pam Bondi Accuses Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Inciting “Domestic Terrorism” Over Tesla Attacks: “Molotov Cocktails, Not Vandals”

Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi leveled serious accusations against Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) during a Sunday appearance on Fox News, linking the congresswoman to escalating protests and alleged acts of vandalism targeting Tesla vehicles and infrastructure.

Speaking with host Maria Bartiromo, Bondi responded to a question about recent attacks on Tesla dealerships and charging stations across the country. “What about these vandals on Tesla vehicles and dealerships?” Bartiromo asked. “Why are they doing this?”

Bondi claimed the incidents go far beyond simple vandalism. “We have a dedicated task force,” she said. “These are not isolated incidents, as you know, and these aren’t vandals. These are Molotov cocktails.” She continued, “You know, that could be a weapon of mass destruction that they’re throwing in Tesla dealerships, that they’re lighting these Tesla charging stations on fire, that are in residential neighborhoods.”

Calling the incidents a coordinated effort, Bondi declared, “We are looking at everything, especially if this is a concerted effort. This is domestic terrorism.” Bondi then turned her attention to Rep. Crockett, accusing her of encouraging hostility toward Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and a central figure in ongoing political and social debates.

“And Maria, now you have this congresswoman, Crockett, who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday,” Bondi alleged. “‘Let’s take him out on my birthday,’ she says. And yet she turns and says, oh, I’m not calling for violence.”

The quote refers to Crockett’s participation in a protest campaign dubbed “Tesla Takedown,” which organizers say is nonviolent. Bondi, however, warned that as an elected official, Crockett must be held to a higher standard.

“She is an elected public official, and so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk,” Bondi stated. “And we’re going to fight to protect all of the Tesla owners throughout this country, and its basic safety, once again. Domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country.”

As of now, Rep. Crockett has not publicly responded to Bondi’s comments. Organizers behind the protests continue to maintain that their actions are peaceful and aimed at raising awareness about Musk’s growing influence in politics and alleged efforts to weaken public institutions.
