Donald Trump, known for his controversial “locker room talk,” has once again made headlines with newly released tapes from a 2017 interview with Howard Stern. In these candid discussions, Trump bragged about his sexual encounters with “some of the greats in history” and even admitted to “feeling up” his wife, Melania Trump, in public.

Trump and Stern had a long history of explicit conversations, spanning from 1993 to 2015, where they often rated women’s appearances and discussed their sexual escapades. In one of the newly leaked interviews, Stern asked Trump if it was true that he had “banged some of the greatest beauties on the planet.” Trump confidently responded, “True.

Some of the greats in history,” according to The Independent. Stern followed up by asking if Trump had ever needed an STD test after his intimate encounters with these “greats.” Trump responded with, “I own 25 percent of Goodyear Tire and Rubber,” alluding to his use of protection during his relationships.

In another interview from the same period, Stern questioned Trump about whether he “ever felt [Melania] up in public.” Trump confirmed with a simple “Yeah” before defending himself, saying, “I’m very well-behaved, actually, and almost always I’m very down the middle.” He then went on to discuss how he first met Melania at a club full of supermodels and found her to be “the most beautiful.”

Trump continued, “Oh, she’s in shape. You know—but she’s naturally in shape. It’s not a big work at all or anything, which is nicer, to be honest.” He also praised her as “one of the great beauties of the world” and admitted, “I don’t know how I got her because, you know, beauty doesn’t matter to me.”

Stern had previously chosen not to release these tapes before Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, citing a sense of “betrayal” to the then-candidate. “I feel Donald Trump did the show to be entertaining and have fun with us,” Stern explained, adding, “I feel like it would be a betrayal to any of our guests if I sat there and played them now where people are attacking him.”

Trump, on the other hand, thought listeners enjoyed his crude talk, saying, “People do love it.” In a 2015 interview, Trump even avoided rating journalist Megyn Kelly’s attractiveness, stating, “I’ll take a pass” on that question now, but acknowledging that in the past he “wouldn’t have minded answering that.”

Trump’s history of objectifying women, including controversial comments about his daughter Ivanka and other women, has sparked ongoing debates about his misogynistic attitudes, which have been widely criticized by his opponents.
