Every April design-addicts from across the world flock to Milan for Salone del Mobile Milano, the largest furniture fair of its kind in the world. And each year the presence of fashion brands – Nike, Diesel and Cos to name a few – is felt on a bigger scale. At the 2016 event, Spanish luxury fashion house Loewe showcased a furniture collection conceived by Brit design genius Jonathan Anderson. The lineup of oak tables, drawers and chairs, each decorated with leather cut-outs, is flanked by smaller pieces such as notebooks with designs taken from Loewe’s archives and previous collections.
