In a heartbreaking 911 call obtained by local station WXIX, Kingsley’s father described the devastating discovery. “I just woke up and my daughter is dead,” he said. “There’s blood everywhere, I don’t know what happened. I don’t understand what went on.” The father told officers that his dogs were “in a cage” and not loose when he awoke to find his daughter lifeless.
Cincinnati Police officers, who responded to the scene, were advised to turn off their body cameras due to the gruesome nature of Kingsley’s injuries.
