The creator of American Idol, Simon Fuller has filed a legal complaint against Fox Broadcasting and FremantleMedia on getting a ban for The X Factor. Also read here more Celebrities News.
Main issue at the moment is the upcoming U.S. version of the British hit, “The X Factor” by the former Idol host Simon Cowell. Simon Fuller claims Simon Cowell to be dishonest over the agreement, “he has stolen his idea”, he says. Thus he filed the complaint for the refusal to honor the 2005 contract that granted executive producer position to Simon Fuller.
