Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who represents multiple alleged victims, has claimed that a s** tape featuring Diddy and another high-profile celebrity has been “leaked.”

In an interview with News Nation, Mitchell-Kidd revealed that she had been approached regarding the sale of the explicit video. “I was contacted for the sale of one of the Diddy tapes,” the attorney disclosed. Although she declined to obtain the tape, she confirmed the existence of the footage after being shown still images from the video.

“I can verify that it exists, that it’s real, and that the other person in the video is very visible. There is no question of if it’s that person in the video,” Mitchell-Kidd stated. She refrained from identifying the second individual but hinted that they are “more high profile than Mr. Combs.”

The attorney explained that several tapes involving Diddy have been circulating in Hollywood, but this particular video stood out. “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a specific video,” she explained.

Mitchell-Kidd further revealed that the video was filmed at Diddy’s Atlanta home, and the circumstances surrounding the recording raised ethical concerns. “I can tell the video was p****graphic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped,” she said.

The attorney added that the individual in the video appeared unaware of being recorded, stating, “It didn’t seem like they were an active participant in the videotaping. It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded.”

While no official legal action has been taken regarding the alleged tape, the news has only added to the mounting controversies surrounding Diddy, whose public image continues to be clouded by recent scandals.
