According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Pisciotta told the court that she has had difficulty reaching Ye to deliver the necessary legal documents. “He is either out of the country and/or evading service,” Pisciotta stated in her filing. As a result, she is now seeking permission from the judge to explore alternative methods to serve the Donda artist.
In the documents, Pisciotta requested an additional 60 days to locate West and has suggested using a newspaper notice as a means to officially notify him.
