The Essex beauty seemed unaware of her brief moment of exposure as she smiled and posed for photographers before heading inside the upscale venue for her lavish celebrations.

As she danced the night away, the TV personality was presented with a black-and-white birthday cake, which was decorated with a stylish heeled sandal and a large rose. Despite her embarrassing wardrobe malfunction, Danielle still looked stylish, teaming her black silk dress with towering black heels, gold cuffs and peach lipstick.
