During the recent Lollapalooza Chicago, observers remarked that Eminem’s daughter, Hailie Jade, and her fiancé, Evan McClintock, appeared distant. Page Six reported that the duo seemed less affectionate than usual while attending Metro Boomin’s show on Friday night.
Witnesses at the event commented that the couple spent a considerable amount of time apart. One attendee mentioned, “Hailie and Evan arrived with a group of friends. Throughout the event, she was seated with her friends, while Evan was on the other side of the VIP table.”
Their behavior led to some speculation, with another onlooker pointing out that the couple exchanged minimal words throughout the evening and that Hailie appeared somewhat subdued.
Later in the evening, Hailie’s group had an interaction with Steve Reisman, Drake’s attorney, affectionately known as ‘Two Dollar Steve’ for his habit of giving out $2 bills. Reisman generously handed out the bills to the ladies present.
Hailie Jade, recognized for her YouTube podcast, Just a Little Shady, has been in a relationship with McClintock for six years. They announced their engagement in February this year. On a previous podcast episode, McClintock shared a heartwarming story of seeking Eminem’s blessing before proposing, catching the moment while Eminem fetched a cake downstairs during Christmas.
