Mel Gibson Jail Video Sparks Legal Fight
The release of Mel Gibson’s driving under influence jail video has sparked the legal dogfight that James Mee, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Deputy, wants the jury to watch.
In video a totally uncontrolled Mel Gibson is shown behind bars. He is acting like crazy. Scratching the bars and throwing the phone. The Defendant County of L.A. has filed legal documents to not admit the video that could be used to “embarrass Mr. Gibson.”
According to him, the video raise tension among the jury as Mel Gibson is “a controversial public figure.”
