Gisele Bundchen’s new $20 million home has a moat. The supermodel and her New England Patriots quarterback husband Tom Brady bought the palatial mansion in Brentwood, Los Angeles over three years ago and have refurbished it to include a a resort-style swimming pool in the back yard, a castle-like custom play area and a moat with a bridge.
The home also included eight bedrooms, a wine cellar, gym and a six-car garage. Although Gisele, 32 and Tom, 35 – who have children Benjamin, three and Vivian, seven weeks, together along with Tom’s son John, five, from a previous relationship – have previously come under fire for having such a large home, but Gisele insists they plan to be environmentally friendly.
She explained: “We are excited to be using solar power as the main source of electricity in our home/ And we are planting our own herbs, fruits and vegetables, which will be my favorite part of the house.” – Femalefirst
