Justin Timberlake is making a concerted effort to get back into his wife Jessica Biel’s “good books,” but he is reportedly struggling with the challenges of his sobriety journey. According to multiple sources who spoke to OK! Magazine, Timberlake gave up alcohol following his humiliating DUI arrest in June.

An insider revealed, “He’s on a strict health regime and trying to crawl back into his wife Jessica Biel’s good books, but he’s not a happy camper.”

The arrest reportedly led to significant tension between the singer and his wife. Sources say that Jessica, who shares two sons with Timberlake, was fed up with his behavior and demanded that he “shape up or else.” The situation escalated when Timberlake was caught with a vape pen, which raised concerns about its potential effects on his lungs. As a result, he has since quit vaping as well.

“Jessica has been keeping a close eye on Justin,” another insider shared. “He’s admitted to his friends that it’s very boring because there’s nothing to take the edge off, especially when he’s out on the road,” the source added, highlighting Timberlake’s struggles with sobriety.

Despite the difficulties, Timberlake is reportedly committed to turning things around. “He’s promised his wife to clean up his act, and he’s sticking to it, no matter how tough it gets,” said another source.

As part of his efforts to make amends, Timberlake acknowledged to Jessica that he had fallen into some bad habits and needed to “dial everything way back.” Jessica was understandably “angry” with her husband, with one insider noting, “Justin could’ve hurt someone or himself. It was a selfish and stupid thing to have let happen.”

The challenges of Timberlake’s sobriety journey and his commitment to repairing his relationship with Jessica Biel continue as he works to regain her trust and move forward in a healthier direction.
