She rose to fame singing barefoot on the X Factor back in 2008. But on Sunday evening Diana Vickers couldn’t have looked further from her former self as she attended the UK premiere of Godzilla.  The 22-year-old looked sensational as she unleashed her inner vamp with sleek hair, dark lips and a black lace top.
Her gorgeous top featured both a frilly neckline and sleeves as well as a peplum detail, accentuating her tiny waist. Diana, who has become a theatre star in recent years, wore her blonde hair straightened but tied off her face.
While she looked sensational on the red carpet, the star was less than pleased with recent pictures of herself on the beach. She told Yahoo Celebrity: ‘I look liked a crazy tramp! I had like ice cream stains on my shorts and had unbrushed hair, spots everywhere. It was horrible, it was really bad.You’ve just got to laugh. It’s funny.’ And referring to a MailOnline headline, she said: ‘One headline was like ‘Sexy Senorita’ while I was looking like a bag lady.
