Famous actress, singer-songwriter, choreographer, dancer and television personality Paula Abdul has turned 50 years old on her birthday today.
Paula Abdul was born on June 19, 1962 in San Fernando, California. She got recognition from cheerleader to the choreographer in 1980 and then scored a number of pop music-R&B hits.
Paula Abdul is listed no. 1 among five female solo performers. She has won a Grammy award for “Best Music Video – Short Form” for “Opposites Attract” and also the “Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography” two times.
Paula Abdul had remained a judge on the reality show American Idol for eight years and then for CBS’s Live to Dance. She also appeared as guest judge at American version of The X Factor with Simon Cowell.
