Ana Navarro Calls Out Trump’s Health Concerns and Appearance on “The View”
During Monday’s episode of The View, the hosts dedicated several segments to discussing the ongoing concerns surrounding Donald Trump’s mental and physical health, and the lack of transparency from his campaign. Ana Navarro, a former Republican communications consultant, brought some humor and visual aids to make her point, highlighting the stark difference between Trump’s public image and reality.
“It wasn’t but a few weeks ago that Republicans in Congress were actually subpoenaing some of Joe Biden’s top advisers, accusing them of covering up Joe Biden’s health,” Navarro said. “Well, okay. Can we please look at this picture of Donald Trump and you tell me what kind of healthy this looks to you?”
She then displayed a photo that emphasized the sharp contrast between Trump’s makeup and his actual skin tone, drawing attention to his heavily bronzed appearance. “Okay, so, I know it’s pumpkin spice season,” she joked, referencing Trump’s noticeably orange complexion.
Navarro continued with a playful jab at Trump’s campaign, holding up a makeup sponge. “This is a makeup sponge. You use it to blend,” she said. “I think the biggest border crisis that Donald Trump is encountering at the moment is the border between his real skin and his bronze skin.”
As the conversation shifted back to Trump’s health and well-being, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Trump’s former White House communications director, attempted to steer the discussion toward more serious concerns. However, Navarro, in her signature comedic style, circled back to Trump’s appearance, suggesting that his use of bronzer might indicate a “form of dementia.”
“If he gets any darker, he’s going to have to deport himself,” she quipped, eliciting laughter from the audience. While the segment on The View was laced with humor, it underscored the hosts’ broader concerns about the former president’s transparency regarding his health, as well as the contrasting scrutiny faced by President Joe Biden.
