Oversight Chair: ‘Cash Strapped’ Biden Sold Access for Decades, Says Clues Point to Alleged Corruption

Kentucky’s House Oversight Committee Chairman, Rep. James Comer, has made a serious allegation against President Joe Biden on the “Verdict” podcast hosted by Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas.

Comer accused Biden of selling access to adversaries for many years, suggesting that these activities even predate those of his son, Hunter Biden. When asked for evidence to support his claim, Comer stated he has done extensive research on the subject.

Comer questioned how Biden managed to accumulate substantial assets on a Senate salary, suggesting financial dealings that extend beyond his regular income. He hinted that purchases made by Hunter Biden were funded by foreign nationals, adding another layer to his allegations.

Comer also suggested that Biden’s activities were known to his predecessor, former President Barack Obama, who allegedly did not want Biden to run for the presidency.

On Wednesday, Comer shared an overview of his investigation into the Biden family’s finances. He claimed the Bidens created over 20 shell companies, most of which came into existence during Biden’s tenure as Vice President.

Bank records supposedly show over $10 million in receipts from foreign nationals and their related companies to the Biden family and their business associates, a lot of which flowed in while Biden was Vice President.

According to Comer, complex financial transactions were designed to obscure the origin of the funds and total amounts. He then framed the Biden family’s operations as an influence-peddling scheme intended to enrich the Bidens.

While the White House and Democrats dismiss the investigation as conspiracy theory-driven, Comer insisted the committee’s evidence reveals the first family’s corruption. His conclusion was that the Bidens prioritized their interests over America’s.
