The world’s first Mercedes-AMG GT R Speedster

Let us show you “Bussink GT R SpeedLegend” designed by Roland A. Bussink. Based on a Mercedes-AMG GT R Roadster, it was inspired by the iconic Mercedes-McLaren SLR Stirling Moss that originally debuted back in 2008.

As such, it loses the soft top and the front glass in favor of a “Speedbow” that extends over and behind the passengers” heads, reminiscent of the Halo used in F1. And that”s not all; elsewhere, you”ll find a pair of custom rear rollover hoops as well as some exposed carbon fiber louvers on the wheel arches.

Lightened by nearly 200lbs and tuned to produce 850hp – up from the 4.0L twin-turbo V8″s 577hp – the result is an all-out monster that”s sure to turn some heads. And don’t forget to check 15 most beautiful cars of all time.
