George Clooney is all smiles when it comes to life at home with wife Amal Clooney. The Hollywood star recently opened up about their marriage during an appearance on CBS Mornings, where they reflected on their nearly decade-long relationship and life as parents to twins.
The 63-year-old actor and filmmaker was on the show to promote his upcoming Broadway debut in Good Night, and Good Luck, but it was his candid comments about family life that stole the spotlight.

“We’re having a really great time in life,” Clooney shared with host Gayle King. “Our kids are 7, about to be 8, which is a pretty great age. They’re really curious and funny. Every parent thinks their kids are great — our kids are funny and make us laugh.”
Clooney, who married international human rights lawyer Amal Clooney in 2014, looked back fondly on their relationship. He recalled a previous interview with King, where he had mentioned that he and Amal had never argued, reported the Daily Mail.
“I remember we were here with you once before, and I remember we said we’d never had an argument,” Clooney said. “We still haven’t. We’re trying to find something to fight about!”
The Ticket to Paradise star also expressed deep gratitude for the life he’s built with Amal, calling her his greatest blessing. “I feel so extraordinarily lucky to have met this incredible woman,” he said.
“I feel as if I hit the jackpot. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think I’m the luckiest man in the world. So it’s great,” Clooney added.
