He accused “60 Minutes” of pushing political agendas rather than journalism, saying, “They are not a ‘News Show,’ but a dishonest Political Operative simply disguised as ‘News,’ and must be responsible for what they have done, and are doing.” He also urged FCC Chair Brendan Carr, a Trump appointee, to impose “substantial” penalties, branding the broadcast “unlawful and illegal”, reported HuffPost.

Pelley also challenged Trump’s claim that Ukraine started the war and his branding of Zelenskyy as a “dictator.” Zelenskyy responded, “I believe, sadly, Russian narratives are prevailing in the U.S.”

Local Greenlanders didn’t hold back, with Inuit elder Aqqaluk Lynge calling Trump’s remarks “ugly.” Referring to Trump’s claim that America would get Greenland “one way or the other,” Lynge said, “We all noticed that in Greenland. All of us.”
