Kanye West has once again found himself at the center of controversy, this time over his daughter North West’s involvement in his latest music release and an alleged dispute with ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
On Monday, West re-shared a picture of his wife, Bianca Censori, originally posted on her Instagram Stories. The rapper, known for his unpredictable social media activity, shared the image with his 20 million followers, drawing significant attention.

Censori, in her post, revealed that the blurred image had been taken by Kanye himself. The photo featured the model wearing a light-colored two-piece outfit and what appeared to be a masquerade mask. This social media activity came just days after West sparked further controversy with a post on X (formerly Twitter) regarding his latest song, “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.”
The rapper wrote, “New song by PUFF DADDY feat. His son KING COMBS, my daughter NORTHWEST, and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams.” Although the post was later deleted, screenshots revealed that the song opened with a recorded phone conversation between West and Diddy.
In the exchange, Diddy seemingly thanks West for “taking care” of his seven children, saying, “Ain’t nobody reach out to them, ain’t nobody call them.” The track also features North West rapping a brief line: “When you see me shining, then you see the light.”
The song’s release reportedly led to tensions between West and Kardashian. Sources indicate that Kim sent Kanye a cease-and-desist letter, demanding he remove North’s name from the project due to her discomfort with the association, particularly given Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles.

Despite Kim’s objections, Kanye proceeded with the release, leading to a heated text exchange between the former couple. Screenshots of the alleged messages surfaced online, with Kanye reportedly threatening to “go to war” with Kim unless she amended the trademark filings for North’s name.
Kim defended her actions, explaining that she had trademarked North’s name solely for protection and that Kanye had previously granted her permission to do so. The dispute escalated further when Kanye responded with inflammatory statements, reportedly declaring, “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION” and “ALL KINGS LOVE WAR.”
As tensions between the ex-couple continue to unfold publicly, the situation has once again placed their co-parenting dynamic under scrutiny, drawing widespread reactions from fans and critics alike.
