Royal expert Kevin O’Sullivan has suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might encounter marital challenges in 2025 as they embark on new projects with “very different aims.”
According to O’Sullivan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex appear to have diverging career goals, which could potentially strain their relationship. Speaking on Talk TV, the royal commentator explained, “Here is the essence of the problem.
She still can’t wait to be world-famous, to be a Hollywood superstar, the famous Meghan. She just wants to be more and more famous, he wants to be less and less famous. They are searching for very different targets, very different aims.” The couple has already attracted attention for pursuing separate ventures in recent months, with solo appearances and individual projects dominating their schedules.
Adding to the speculation, Radar Online reported that Prince Harry is worried about the impact of Meghan’s new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, on his efforts to reconcile with his family. A source revealed that Harry fears the show’s success could further alienate him from King Charles and the rest of the royal family.
“If Meghan’s show is a global success, she will have limited time to help Harry heal the rift with his family,” the insider said. “While the future will reveal its success, a strong reception could raise eyebrows among the royals, confirming her strong connection with the public. The Royal Family will have little interest in seeing her as she will seem a stronger brand.”
The source added, “She’ll have very little time to spare to make trips over the Atlantic with Harry to help him heal the rift with his family. He’s really panicking that her show could spell the end of his chances of getting back in the fold.”
