Tom Brady Struggles to “Back into the Dating Game” After Gisele Bündchen Split
Tom Brady is reportedly finding it difficult to “back into the dating game” following the end of his 13-year marriage to Gisele Bündchen. An insider told Daily Mail that the retired NFL star, now an analyst, is focusing all of his energy on his new role and has “no time to find a new partner.”
“Tom would love to date more but he is busy and very focused on his first year of being a commentator,” the source revealed. “It is easier (for him) to be single right now.” As Brady navigates his new career path, he has come to terms with his separation from Bündchen and her moving on with his new boyfriend, Joaquim Valente.
The insider shared that, while the transition has been difficult at times, Brady has learned to focus on the positives in his life. “At first, everything stings. Her getting pregnant, her hanging out with Joaquim, her moving on,” the insider shared. “But then he snaps out of it and remains busy, knows that his life is pretty good and to worry about things he can’t control is a waste of time.”
Brady, who finalized his divorce from Bündchen in 2022, has two children with the supermodel—Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11. The source explained that despite the emotional hurdles, Brady is determined to move forward.
“He could complain but what’s the point?” the tipster continued. “He got the best out of the relationship with Gisele until it fell apart, now it’s not his problem anymore. He will be fine.”
Brady was reportedly “stunned” earlier this year when it was revealed that Gisele was pregnant with her first child with Valente, a jiu-jitsu instructor. Despite the shock, Brady is reportedly accepting of the situation and keeping his focus on his new career and family. As Brady adjusts to life after his divorce, it seems that he is learning to embrace his new chapter, one step at a time.
