Machine Gun Kelly has shared his thoughts after fiancée Megan Fox announced they are expecting their first child together. On November 25, the rapper-turned-rocker took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to reflect on the news and his creative process.
“Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch,” Machine Gun Kelly, 34, wrote. “When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don’t worry. After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
Earlier in November, Megan Fox revealed her pregnancy with what she referred to as their “rainbow baby.” Posting a series of photos showcasing her baby bump on Instagram, the Transformers actress shared an emotional message, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.”
In 2023, Megan disclosed that she had suffered a miscarriage during her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly. Reflecting on that loss during an appearance on Good Morning America, Megan opened up about how it profoundly affected her and their relationship.
“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” Megan shared. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
Megan and Machine Gun Kelly first sparked romance rumors in 2020 after meeting on the set of their movie, Midnight in the Switchgrass. Two years later, the musician proposed, but the couple has yet to tie the knot.
A source recently told Us Weekly that the couple is overjoyed by the pregnancy news, which has brought them closer. “They are both thrilled and excited to be parents together. The pregnancy is bringing them closer,” the insider revealed.
