Despite parting ways in 2022, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have managed to keep a friendly relationship. A source close to Davidson shared with PEOPLE that “he and Kim still talk occasionally,” indicating that their breakup hasn’t severed the connection they once shared.
“He’s a good guy, and they root for him,” the insider revealed, adding that Davidson is known for staying on good terms with many of his exes. Kardashian and Davidson first sparked romance rumors in October 2021 after Kim’s guest appearance on Saturday Night Live. Soon after, they were spotted holding hands on a roller coaster ride at Knott’s Scary Farm in California, followed by a dinner date on Staten Island in New York.
Despite their chemistry, the couple ended their nine-month relationship in August 2022. “Part of the reason they split was because of their busy schedules,” an insider explained. “They both travel all the time, and it was hard to make it work.” Despite the challenges, Kardashian has only spoken fondly of Davidson since the breakup, with no “bad blood” between them.
