Kate Middleton Reportedly Seeks Private Meeting with Prince Harry Without Meghan Markle

Kate Middleton has reportedly reached out to Prince Harry, requesting a private meeting without his wife, Meghan Markle. According to a Closer Magazine report, the Princess of Wales contacted the Duke of Sussex upon his arrival in the UK, hoping to reconnect without the Duchess present.
A source revealed that the mother-of-three is “desperate” to repair her relationship with Harry, with whom she shared a close bond before he and Meghan stepped down as senior royals in 2020. The report also noted that Kate and Harry have been in sporadic contact over the past few weeks.
“Kate’s been speaking to Harry on and off for the last few weeks in a desperate bid to try to salvage their bond and get to the root of what’s going on with him,” the insider shared. According to the source, Harry “immediately accepted” Kate’s proposal for a one-on-one meeting. This response gave Kate hope that there might still be a path to mending their relationship.
The Princess of Wales reportedly hoped that, through a heartfelt conversation without Meghan’s presence, she and Harry could openly address their grievances and heal the pain that has built up over the past few years.
“She had hoped that, through a deep heart-to-heart, they could air out all their grievances and pain from the last few years, talk openly about everything, and learn to move past all the hurt and put it behind them,” the insider explained.
The source further noted that Kate is concerned for Harry’s well-being and wants to help him overcome his struggles. “She knows he’s been struggling, and she wants to help him out of his misery,” the insider concluded.
With tensions between Harry and the royal family still lingering, Kate’s reported efforts to reach out signal a hopeful attempt at reconciliation.
