Trace Cyrus, Miley Cyrus’ brother, narrated last week that his sister is back with her ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and the father has allowed her so. Billy Ray Cyrus has shown his consent over 22-year-old actor Liam Hemsworth to be his daughter’s boyfriend. He praised him saying, “He’s a great guy. He’s solid. He’s got great character.”
